Apple Roofing stands behind the quality of our work with a 10-year labour warranty on qualifying complete roof installations. This warranty covers eligible workmanship-related concerns resulting from the roofing work completed by our team.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the type of service and the scope of the project. Please review your written estimate or contact Apple Roofing for details about the coverage included with your roofing installation.
Please note that the workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control. High winds, hail, falling trees, ice, flooding, severe storms, structural movement, or damage caused by another contractor are not covered under the labour warranty.
When weather-related damage occurs, homeowners should contact their insurance provider to determine whether the required repairs are covered by their policy.
Shingle Warranty
Most shingle roofs installed by Apple Roofing include a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 30 years, depending on the shingle brand and product selected.
